For an additional £399, you can upgrade your FIVE Service Plan to our full Customer Care Package. This includes the FIVE Service Plan, Two Year Extended Guarantee, Two Year Roadside Assistance giving you full peace of mind.

£799 and £399 price applies to eligible models only which aren’t in a sales campaign at the time of plan purchase. Customer Care Package is included within the On The Road (OTR) price of e:Ny1.

*TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

‘FIVE Service Plan' includes: five scheduled services, as detailed in the vehicle service book, from the date of vehicle registration, up until 5 years or 62,500 miles – whichever comes first. *Plan Price – means the cost not exceeding £799 (inc VAT) for the ‘FIVE Service Plan'. For an additional £399, the 'Customer Care Package' includes the 'FIVE Service Plan', two-years' Extended Guarantee and two-years' of Hondacare Assistance, as set out in your invoice. The ‘FIVE Service Plan' and ‘Customer Care Package’ is available to purchase on selected models. Plan Price may vary by model subject to campaign offers at point of vehicle purchase. Models eligible for ‘FIVE’ and ‘Customer Care Package’ include Honda Jazz, Honda Jazz Crosstar, Honda Civic, Honda Civic Type R, Honda CR-V, Honda HR-V and Honda ZR-V and Honda e:Ny1. Honda e and NSX are not covered by this service plan. You are entitled to cancel the ‘FIVE’ servicing product and ‘Customer Care Package’ within 14 days of the date set out on the Customer Schedule without giving any reason (excl. e:Ny1). This product cannot be financed and is not available for business customers. Please note that should you sell the vehicle during the period of cover; the package remains with the vehicle. Loan cars are subject to the hire company’s terms and conditions which may include age limitations, insurance and driving convictions.
