Are you a Honda service customer? If so, we would love to hear your feedback.

We want to know more about Honda aftersales services – what we do well, what we could do better and how we compare on customer experience. So we’re inviting our Honda service customers to tell us. As part of this work, we’re looking for people to join an early evening discussion group in the areas listed below in September. If you’ve taken your Honda Car to a Honda dealer in the last 12 months and you’d be happy to talk about how it went, we’d really like to hear from you. Everyone who takes part in the discussion group will receive £60 as a thank you for their time which will also cover any expenses.

What does it involve?

If you are offered a place in the group, all you need to do is arrive at the venue in good time and take part in the discussion. There will be no more than eight people in the group. Two experienced facilitators will guide the discussion, make sure everyone gets to join in and generally keep things on track. The discussion will be structured to make sure we get the information we need, but it will all be quite relaxed and informal. The discussion will be recorded for Honda UK.

Someone from Complete Consulting - an independent research agency who will be working on our behalf to administer and run the focus groups – will get back to you to discuss the arrangements in more details and confirm your place.

Supplemental Privacy Notice“Honda Motor Europe Limited (“Honda”), trading as Honda UK, would like your consent to collect, store and use your e-mail address, name, contact telephone number and vehicle registration (“Personal data”) for the purposes of selecting candidates for a focus group and inviting them to attend the focus group, arranging and then holding a focus group and after the focus group to analyse the feedback and opinions given by you in order that we may improve the services we provide. We will not retain your personal data for any longer than necessary and certainly no longer than 18 months and in the case of Complete Consulting they will not retain your Personal Data longer than 6 months.
