Pioneers of the
4-stroke outboard

Our founder, Soichiro Honda, once said that we have only one future and it can be made of our dreams, but only if we have the courage to challenge convention. In 1964, when other manufacturers in the world of marine were producing 2-stroke engines, Honda turned its attention to building cleaner, more efficient 4-stroke outboards. This year is our 50th anniversary in marine and we’re celebrating in style with a range of elegant, super-sleek engines with performance and finish that will take your breath away.
