The day started with a team talk from Ben John, The Rugby Trainer which took place in the England Rugby changing rooms giving the players the chance to lace up their boots on the very same benches that their heroes had done before.

Once prepared for the session, the teams took the opportunity to line up in the tunnel, running out onto the world-famous pitch for their training session.

Ben designed a bespoke training session for the teams to complete focusing on attack, defence and conditioning. The atmosphere remained energetic throughout the session, with the opportunity for coaches and players to ask any questions on techniques and skills they could utilise in their future games and training.

Training was followed by a tour of Allianz Stadium, giving the players an insight into the rich history of The Home of England Rugby. The day closed with a trip to the World Rugby Museum, where the players and coaches could explore the extensive memorabilia collection and put their rugby skills and knowledge to the test in the Play Rugby Interactive Zone.

"A massive thank you from me and everyone else who came down to the Honda Twickenham experience on Saturday. Amazing doesn't quite cut it... the lads were still buzzing all the way back, no sleeping which was unusual." — Danny Bayes, Burton RUFC
