Need to cancel or edit your order?
At any point prior to collecting the vehicle, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact the Honda Sales Centre on 0345 200 8000, select option #2. Alternatively, you can email honda.digital.support@honda-eu.com confirming the name and email address used to register your account to cancel in writing. We will cancel this order and refund your deposit as soon as possible and no later than one calendar month after receiving your request. After closure you will no longer be able to access this car configuration.
We will refund your Holding Deposit in full in the following circumstances:
- You cancel at any point before signing the Sales Contract
- You do not pass Anti-Money Laundering checks
- You chose to finance the purchase through Honda Financial Services but were not accepted for finance
- You were accepted for finance but your finance was withdrawn because your circumstances changed
Refunds will be credited to the same account you made the payment from.
