Customer satisfaction has always been at the heart of what we do at Honda, and getting feedback from our customers helps our retailers meet customer needs and exceed expectations. We introduced Yūshū to celebrate the retailers who do this best.
Yūshū is a recognition scheme designed to acknowledge Honda retailers across Europe who deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
Types of awards and categories
Retailers have the chance to claim one of two awards – sales or aftersales. Sales is focused on a customer’s buying experience and aftersales is focused on a customer’s servicing experience.
For each award, there are two categories –
Winner: Retailers with the highest customer satisfaction.
Highly Commended: Retailers who have shown the strongest improvement in customer satisfaction.
